Glenridding Sailing Centre → RYA LEVEL 2 :: Basic Skills
This 3 day course is the next step on the RYA syllabus. Once completed the successful sailor will have a good understanding of what makes sailing safe and be capable of sailing confidently on his/her own in light winds.
As with RYA Level 1, the two day RYA Level 2 course at Glenridding Sailing Centre is divided into a shore based theory section and the practical water based section.
Emphasis is still given to the 'on the water' practical side, however there is more depth given to the theory.

The RYA Level 2 Course can be combined with RYA Level 1 in our
RYA Level 1 + 2 Five Day Course - please note the RYA Level 2 course runs from Wednesday - Friday only.
All course prices include logbooks and certificates - please note the Adult and Junior courses can be combined.
